Our return/exchange policy:
- We don't offer refunds and we only offer exchanges for customers in the USA at this time
- All products are made to orders, and personalized products can not be returned due to their customized elements unless there is an issue with the products quality.
- You are responsible for a 20% restocking fee, shipping costs, any applicable taxes associated with returning items, lost/mis-mailed packages you are returning to us, and the re-shipment of new items to you.
- Items for exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Replacements will only be shipped after we have received your returned items.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused
- Save the tracking number when sending us a package of items to exchange in case proof is needed of mailing.
- We will not re-ship returned items for any reason.
- We do not accept returns of on sale items. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Package Insurance or shipping is a non refundable item.
How to exchange (3 steps):

Place a special order for the replacement items.
- Place Your instructions here

Return your items needing exchanged.
- Somewhere clearly visible on the outside of the package, write RAL:XXXXX where the X's is your order number. You can find this in the order confirmation email you should have received from us.

That's it. After we've received both your replacement order and the returned items, we will ship out your new order. You will receive a shipping confirmation when it's in the mail.
Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified or refunded.
Damaged/Incorrect Order
At Aircooled Lifestyle, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order on the affected items. Item's must be UNWORN and within the 30 day period from when you have received your order. Anything past this 30 day period is void of our guarantee.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at support@aircooledlifestyle.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint for you.
Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel products and 45 days for pillow covers, shoes, bedding or bags after having ordered, contact us through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries due to customers not claiming or following up with their shipping courier when delivery attempts have been made.)
Please make sure that:
Size exchange requests that differ by more than 1 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange.
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
- The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered
- The product was NOT an on sale item.
